Anvdvnelisgi ᎠᏅᏛᏁᎵᏍᎩ is a groundbreaking album of original contemporary music from Cherokee musicians sung in the Cherokee language. Led by Cherokee citizens as part of a wide-ranging commitment to preserve and expand the Cherokee language, the newly released Anvdvnelisgi ᎠᏅᏛᏁᎵᏍᎩ album is produced by Cherokee filmmaker and creator Jeremy Charles and distributed by Horton Records, a nonprofit label that provides support and tools for Tulsa-area musicians to broaden their reach.

Two Mexican American musical powerhouses join forces to create an album overflowing with heart and imagination.

Isokratisses (Greek for "women who sing the "iso" or "drone") is a vocal ensemble comprised of eight women who carry the ancient tradition of polyphonic songs from Epirus: a region in northern Greece and southern Albania. Born and reared in the Greek speaking villages around Deropoli and Politsani in Albania, the women of Isokratisses have sung these songs since childhood. The group ranges in age from 19 to 56 with some sisters in the group as well as an aunt. They were nurtured by this archaic music, listening and singing it with their family and friends. The songs were passed down from generation to generation.

This is the first official release by The Ducks - a short lived group that Neil Young played with in 1977. The Ducks featured Neil (guitar, harmonica and vocals), Bob Mosely (bass and vocals), Jeff Blackburn (guitar and vocals) and Johnny Craviotto (drums). Mosely was an original member of Bay Area band Moby Grape; Blackburn had previously fronted his own band and co-wrote with Neil the classic track "My My Hey Hey (Out of the Blue)". The band played several shows in Santa Cruz, CA and other California venues during two months in 1977, and this 2 CD, 25-track live album features highlights from those shows.
