This addition was platted in 1931 and was intended to be just east of the Veteran’s Hospital, off of Ridgecrest Dr. Almost all of the pages for the nine blocks planned end in sales to W.R. Lovelace. It is now the site of Lovelace Hospital (formerly Bataan Memorial Hospital). This advertisement was in the Albuquerque Journal on June 28, 1931. The Siesta Hills Subdivision is directly east.
