Initially platted in 1934, the deed book indicates that Bungalow Gardens was re-platted into Jackson’s Subdivision and Wilson’s #2 Subdivision. Tracts 1-3 are now a part of the latter. The six original lots are bounded on the west and the south by the Pajarito Lateral, on the north by Del Sur Drive and on the east by Isleta Boulevard.
