There is a comment in the deed: “part w(ester)’ly port(ion) of tract 142 map 44”. A revision of Map 44 shows an Eli Addition at the corner of Arenal, Isleta, and St. James Place. St. James Place is now called Montrose. The two lots are on the east side of Montrose. They are now designated lots 1A1 and 2A1 of the Libby and Orlando Sanchez lands.
