This was a planned subdivision of 33 blocks platted in 1923, and again in 1925. It was bounded on the east by Carlisle and on the west by Girard. In October 1939, the entire subdivision was re-platted into the 24 blocks of the Monterrey Hills 1&2 subdivision. The original plat from 1923 included the areas of present day Bandelier Elementary, Hyde Park, and Burton Park.

The maps contain information such as the outline of each building, the size, shape and construction materials, heights, and function of structures, location of windows and doors. The maps also give street names, street and sidewalk widths, property boundaries, building use, and house and block numbers.
