Clayton appears to be the original incarnation of the Princess Jeanne subdivision.It was platted for Blocks 1-20 in 1946.The plat metes and bounds description has these present day boundaries. It was platted in the upper northeast portion of J21 and is bounded by Indian School and Princess Jeanne Ave., and Morris Street and Juan Tabo Blvd.

The maps contain information such as the outline of each building, the size, shape and construction materials, heights, and function of structures, location of windows and doors. The maps also give street names, street and sidewalk widths, property boundaries, building use, and house and block numbers.
