- Valdes-Rodriguez, AlisaAKA: Alisa Valdes. Author of many books, including The Dirty Girls Social Club and its sequel Dirty Girls on Top, and the Young Adult novel Haters. New York Times and USA Today bestselling author.
- Vance, Vivian(1909-1979) Actress, best known for her role as Ethel Mertz on I Love Lucy. Born in Kansas, moved to Albuquerque to pursue an acting career. Was on stage for the very first production of the Albuquerque Little Theatre in 1930. Her family donated her Emmy award to the Little Theatre after her death.
