Titles checked out with one device are available from anywhere you log in to use hoopla, whether on the app or via a web browser.
Checkout periods differ for each type of media:
Video and television lend for 72 hours
Music lends for 7 days
Audiobooks and eBooks lend for 21 days
Access (view/listen to) borrowed content as often as you want during the checkout period!

To get hoopla onto an Alexa device, first you must add the hoopla “skill” (this is the Alexa equivalent of installing an app from the app store). The skill can be added to Alexa by searching for hoopla Digital on the Amazon website, or by clicking here.
When interacting with hoopla, Alexa requires patrons to phrase the command like this: “Alexa, ask hoopla…” For example, “Alexa, ask hoopla how many borrows I have remaining.” Requests must start with “Alexa, ask hoopla…” If not, Alexa will not know to get the information from hoopla, and will instead return results from Amazon (which may incur costs if your account is set up for automatic purchase). A complete list of commands can be found on the hoopla FAQ page.
