  1. Log into the new My Account. Your 4 digit PIN has been reset to the last 4 digits of your library card number. You can find instructions for how to log in and change your PIN below.

Why did my pin change?

  • Each patron's PIN is confidential and encrypted, not even library staff can see what it is once it has been created. Because of this, we were not able to migrate patron PINs over to our new system. Every patron's PIN has been reset to the last 4 digits of their library card. Once you log into your account, you can set your PIN to the 4 digit number of your choice.

The My Account button is not showing up for me, what do I do?
