New to book clubs? Not sure if you don’t have something to say? Don’t worry! Each book club is led by a designated person who will guide the discussion, but if you want to achieve an in-depth conversation, here are some questions to ponder

1. How does the reading relate to my cultural background or own story?
2. What do you think the author could have expanded on a bit more?
3. What are main issues in the book that resonate with me?
4. Which character did you like best or least and why?

Indigenize Your Mind Book Club 

2nd Saturday of the month, 3:00 — 5:00 p.m. Come join the conversation on indigenous cultural themes, values, and community as we read various written works by Indigenous authors.

Magical Mystery Tour Book Club 

4th Saturday of every month, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. The Magical Mystery Tour book club travels the world through mystery and crime fiction by selecting a country, place, state or era for each month’s destination. Club participants choose from a list of suggested authors and then meet to discuss and share. New members are always welcome
