The International District Library is located on Central Ave just east of Louisiana Blvd, on the corner of Central and San Pablo St. NE.

By Bus

Route #66 - Central Avenue. Get off on Central at San Pablo then walk east on Central. Plan your trip here

By Car

Freeway Directions:
Take I-40 to the Wyoming Blvd NE exit. Drive southbound on Wyoming Boulevard for 1.9 miles, then turn right on Central Avenue. The library will be on the right just past Grove Street.

Surface Street Directions:
Drive East on Central Avenue. Turn left on San Pablo Street NE, and the library will be on the right.

The International District Library has one large community meeting room that holds up to 150 people, one multigenerational activity room that holds up to 50 people, and one conference room that holds up to 10 people. Policy, rules and required forms for using the meeting rooms may be found at Meeting and Study Rooms as well as a list of meeting rooms at other branches.

Study Rooms

The International District Library has 3 study rooms that seat 4 people each. The study rooms may be reserved (call 505-768-4970) up to one week in advance for no more than two hours per person a day. Check in at the Information Desk with your library card to gain access to the study room.

Fiction To GoThis branch is a Fiction to Go location! With the support of the Friends of the Public Library, this branch sells gently used, donated books at low prices. The proceeds of these sales go back to the Friends and are used to support library programming and more.

Crafty Programs

1st Tuesday Monthly from 5pm-7pm

3rd Saturday Monthly from 3:30pm-5:30pm
