Live Interview Coaching: Patrons can brush up on interview techniques or get live online interview practice from trained job coaches. Job coaches and patrons communicate via live chat in our online classroom. Available from 2 to 11 pm, 7 days a week.
Resume Lab: Job seekers receive expert resume/cover letter assistance from trained experts. Users are also able to download resume templates, or browse resources for producing better resumes. Uploaded resumes are returned with assistance (usually within 24 hours).
Career Resources: 24/7 access to career assessments, and recommended websites for job applications and career discovery.

TalentABQ is a joint initiative led by Innovate+Educate in partnership with the City of Albuquerque, the Department of Workforce Solutions, Central New Mexico Community College (the state’s largest) and Mayor Richard Berry to connect employers and job seekers across Albuquerque to both education and employment opportunities. TalentABQ is a “marketplace” where employers and job seekers connect through the common language of skills.
Skill up Center Resource Page - TalentABQ Skill Up Centers are public establishments in the community where jobseekers can access KeyTrain®, a free online curriculum that will help them “skill up” by improving their workplace skills. The 26 TalentABQ Skill Up Centers are located in libraries, community centers and community college student support centers across Albuquerque. Skill Up Centers support jobseekers in Albuquerque by providing free information, resources and computer access for jobseekers who would like to register for and use KeyTrain.
